I know it's Sunday but...

I just needed to state that I took a mental (and physical) health holiday. Generally I don’t post on Sundays, but I find it important to state how much I appreciate all my readers. Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read my ramblings!

Sometime last year I started thinking of this blog as less of something I loved, and more of something I HAD to do. Well no more. I will only post what I love, and I will only post what I want to share. Hopefully a lot of you will stick around with me for the randomness, if not I completely understand.

Nothing you love should ever be a chore, and I realize that now.

So, come tomorrow. New outlook for Jessica, new writing for all of you to read. I will still try to post every single day, but no more feeling bad if I can’t.

Oh my.

Sorry all!!!

So, we are in an utter barrage of three day weekends this month. Between furloughs and actual school holidays, I have been trying to fit in so much and do so much. I think I might have made myself physically ill. LOL.

No really…I have a cold. It’s cold season in kid-land, so it was inevitable.

Anyway that is my apology for not being here, back to normal blogging schedule tomorrow and I have a ton of submitted giveaways I need to post! Only a week gone…man I feel awful.

Ever since I first laid eyes on it I was in love…

I want my birthday to hurry up and get here so I can bat my eyelashes and my dear boyfriend and stress how much I would REALLY LOVE to have this for my very own.

I am wishing for this amazing set of pots and pans. If you haven’t read my other blog, I am a cooking fiend. Give me ingredients, and I can turn it into an amazing dish!

However our pots and pans are a bit…lacking. We have a tons of hand-me-downs, which were great to start! Now Brandon and I are wishing we could get a new set though. It’s hard when you don’t have a real “stock pot”. We make due, but these shinies will be mine some day!

That’s it for today….there are tons of other lovelies I am wishing for…but that would take way too much time.

Bring on the sunshine!

The sun was out for the first time today in a WEEK!

I think if I lived somewhere that was always overcast I might go crazy. This girl worships the sun god! I thrive on sunshine. Last week? Oh was I wilting!

This morning was SO gorgeous that I took off to work walking, smiling and eating an apple. 

It is amazing how much difference the weather makes in my life!
